Answer: Please see standard delivery and shipping times in the Shipping Info page. If your order falls within these timeframes please allow appropriate time to receive your order. If it has been longer than the above stated time please e-mail us directly and we will respond within 1 business day.
   
Question: I am not sure if my order went through. How would I know?
Answer: You should have received an email confirmation. Please check your spam folder or email us if you are not sure.
   
Question: Can I call or email my order?
Answer: Yes, you can email us and we will call you back.
   
Question: How and where are your products made?
Answer: Our products are differ in production according to the supplier. If you would like more detailed information as to production and origin of a product; please email us.
   
Question: Where are your products shipped from?
Answer: All our products are shipped from New York. Some products may ship directly from the manufacturer but they all ship from the United States.
   
Question: Do you have a Physical Storefront?
Answer: No, we are strictly online.
   
Question: I'd like to order a large quantity, do you offer volume discounts?
Answer: Yes, please email us for more information. For special and large orders, there is a 15% cancellation fee once the order has been placed and agreed to.
   
Question: Do you sell Wholesale?
Answer: We currently do not sell wholesale.

All Items carry a 30-day money-back Guarantee If you are not satisfied for any reason with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of ordering for a 100% refund.

Original shipping costs and return shipping costs will not be credited. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. We will refund the shipping cost only if the return is a result of our error. Restocking Fees of 20% apply for orders over $125. Please write the reason for your return on a piece of paper along with your Name and Address and enclose it in the returned item’s package. We recommend UPS or Fedex in order to track the return.
