Shipping Information
| Most in-stock items are shipped within 3 business days of an order unless otherwise noted on the product page. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Most orders are shipped from New York unless directly shipped from the supplier or artisan. We ship all orders via UPS or Fedex. All shipping charges are based on the total of the order before any charges such as taxes, and discounts. | ||||||||||||||||||
| Orders should arrive within 5 business days once shipped depending on your location. For example, if the product has the note "Usually ships within 3 business days"; please allow the processing time (3 business days) and the shipping time (5 business days) once it ships out. You should receive a tracking number once the order has shipped. | ||||||||||||||||||
| Additional charges may apply to oversized or overweight items, and this will be noted in the product description detail or we will email you the cost. We currently do not ship International, PO Boxes, or oustide the Continental U.S. (including Hawaii, Puerto Rico, & Alaska). Please contact us if you have a question about the estimated ship time of a particular item. We do not ship expedited (2nd or Next Day Air) but may accomodate on a case by case basis.
